Technical Information
The plant serves to clean wheel set shafts from dirt, rust and old paint in order to prepare them for NDT tasks or painting purposes.
Optionally, also wheel discs can be cleaned. The cleaning plant operates fully automatic. An entering of new type series or wheel set types can be realised by the customer himself by means of simple Excel sheets. Safety installations prevent damages.
In order to secure the requirements on explosive dusts, the plant is equipped with a high-quality exhaust system incl. PDI control.
